2.1 The Course Material
The course’s reference material is stored in a few places, depending on its purpose.

2.2 The Course Structure
Having all software installed on your own computer, i.e. a local installation, is a great way to easily engage with the many moving parts of modern data science. Unfortunately, differences in the hardware and software among students in a course can result in many idicyncratic and difficult to solve installation issues. Fortunately, local installations are not necessary for this class.
We’ll use Docker containers, and online resources where necessary, so that each student uses the same avoid idiocyncreatic installation issues
